I have been doing graphic design for more than ten years. Because I have worked as a one man training department for different companies I have needed to develop a number of different skills that many trainers lack. Becoming proficient with Illustrator and Photoshop has benefitted and strengthened my course development and has reduced the time required to create my course materials. The ability to work as a graphic designer has not only improved the look of my courses but enables me to create imagery that improves concept understanding and retention.
